Research On Quality Management Of National Civil Service Examination Training Project Of A Institution

The quality management of training project is a key link in the management of training project,and is one of the most important tasks in the whole training project management system.The quality of the training project is the core-competitiveness of the training institution,which determines whether the training project is successful and the trainee(customer)can be satisfied.With the increasing popularity of civil service examinations in China,more and more candidates will choose training institution for systematic training before examination.This puts forward higher requirements for the quality of training projects in this field.A institution has encountered some problems in the quality management of the national civil service examination training program.Therefore,this paper takes A institution as the research object.Through the investigation on the national civil service examination training project of A institution,analyze the quality problems of the project.Using causal method and ABC analysis to calculate the data feedback from trainees in recent years.The key factors affecting the quality of civil service examination training project of A institution are summarized.Under the guidance of PDCA quality management cycle,The quality control method of national civil service examination training project of A institution was put forward.Then,according to the characteristics of organization,personnel and training program flow of A institution,the quality assurance system template of the national civil service examination and training program of A institution is established.In order to realize the continuous improvement of training project quality,the quality evaluation system and quality improvement measures of training project are formulated.This paper can play a certain reference role in the quality management of the national civil service examination training project of A institution,and then has a certain practical significance in improving the quality management level of the training project of A institution and many similar training institutions.
