Study On The Countermeasures Of Making Experime-ntal Samples In Handwriting Identification

In practice,with the paperless advancement of office and that writing activities are being replaced by keyboard typing,the difficulty of collecting natural samples is gradually increasing,and the experimental samples have become an important source and gradually he key basis for the conclusion of the appraisal.The experimental samples belong to the post-case sample.In the extraction process,affected by complex psychological activities,non-normal handwriting such as disguised handwriting and changing handwriting caused by nervousness are inevitably generated,which affects the smooth progress of the handwriting identification work.This paper starts with the process of extracting experimental samples,and combines the changes in the handwriting characteristics formed by the writer in the subjective and objective factors,discusses and studies the conditions that appear in the production process,and proposes targeted and reasonable countermeasures.The full text consists of five chapters.The first chapter starts with the basic theory of experimental samples,expounds the operating principle of handwriting identification and the basic concepts of experimental samples,demonstrates the status and role of experimental samples in handwriting identification,and clarifies the significance of the countermeasures for making experimental samples in handwriting identification work.The second chapter obtains the information data about the experimental samples extracted from all forensic institutions in the country through investigation,and demonstrates that althoughthe status of the experimental samples in the handwriting identification is on the rise,the current situation is still not ideal.From the perspectives of the experimental sample production process of the judicial expert and the extracted process of the person who writes the handwriting samples,the problems caused by the subjective and objective factors and their causes in the current experimental sample making process are analyzed in detail.The third chapter uses the research theory of memory in psychology to find the relationship between handwriting and memory,and combines the statistical data obtained from experiments to calculate the rate of change.According to the rate of change,handwriting features are divided into two categories: explicit handwriting characteristics and implicit handwriting characteristics.Two kinds of handwriting characteristics are analyzed and compared in detail from the two aspects of normal handwriting and non-normal handwriting.Trying to provide the basis for the proposed countermeasures for the production process below.The fourth chapter combines the changes and classification of the handwriting characteristics summarized in the above,and proposes more targeted solutions to the complex situations caused by subjective and objective factors that may be encountered in the production of experimental samples.The design of the extraction plan of the experimental sample,the problems encountered in the implementation process,and the technical points to pay attention to are all elaborated.The fifth chapter is to put forward some reasonable opinions and suggestions on the standardization of the extraction of handwriting experimental samples in combination with the existing laws and regulations and technical specifications.Also elaborating from two parts of the experimental samples with extraction work standardization and extraction quality standardization.This paper makes an exploratory study of the handwriting feature change rules and production specifications in handwriting samples,also proposes targeted countermeasures in the possible problems of the experimental sample making process,in order to increase the value of handwriting samples.
