The Condition And Legislative Improvement Suggestion Of Handwriting Identification In China

As an important part of the judicial system, the judicial forensic system also plays the cornerstone role for the scientific development of the judicial system and concludes the handwriting identification system. However, the current handwriting identification system can not meet the needs of handwriting judicial practice and, to a certain extent, has been hampered the developments of litigation and judicial practice with the social and economic development and deepening reform of the litigation system. So, the reform of the forensic system has become the urgent need of the development of times, litigation system and a fair and impartial judiciary. The author attempts to improve the judicial forensic system methods from the handwriting identification perspective. This article firstly gives an breif overview of the historical development of handwriting identification system, then elaborates on the specific problems of handwriting in judicial practice, thirdly introduces the relevant system of foreign legal systems of different countries, handwriting, and finally provides suggestion of our judicial practice of handwriting identification system.
