Key Technology Of The Emergency Decision Platform Based On The Integration Of Public Opinion Space

With the rapid development of the Internet,emergency often occurs in the physical space and the space of public opinion intertwined.The inadequate disposal of physical space may lead to the "butterfly effect" causing public opinion to become more vigorous and causing more pressure on the handling of incidents.This paper completed the analysis,design and prototype implementation of the emergency decision-making command platform in the integration of physical space and public opinion space,including the following results:First of all,A domain ontology of emergency decision-making platform puts forward,which can define events,public opinion events and disposal program,public opinion guidance plan and plan concept and the relationship between concepts,and plan generation.Secondly,The domain model and the software architecture of emergency decision command platform based on the integration of two elements space is proposed.The domain models include case model,scene model,feature model and business model.The software architecture includes logical view,process view,development view,physical view and scene view.Finally,The prototype of the emergency decision-making command platform under the integration of two elements space is preliminarily realized.It includes news data crawling,event extraction,event propagation analysis,event handling and so on.The emergency decision-making command platform provides the support for the public opinion guidance and event handling at the same time of the integration of physical space and public opinion space.
