Study On Causes And Countermeasures Of Mass Incidents In The County

The continuous development of the social economy has caused the public’s ever-increasing social expectation and the gap between the rich and the poor.The underdeveloped county economy and huge social expectation of the public have caused great frustration among the people.At the same time,the unreasonable county government’s achievement view,and big business with small fiscal small support reduce the credibility of the government,which make people often take the reason as a judge standard,rather than the law.In addition,the county is in a special position of the "connecting point" between the central leadership and local governance and a buffer zone for coordinating urban and rural development and solving the social conflicts between urban and rural.This makes the county area easily to become the "disaster area" of the incident friction and escalation,and "eruption port" of various long-term accumulation of contradictions and friction.So,the study of mass incidents in county areas makes up deficiency coming from the insufficient research on the theory of mass incidents in the county area.Based on the actual situation of county society,taking the political system theory and the governance theory as a guide,this paper draws lessons from the research results of mass incidents both at home and abroad,uses research methodsof literature retrieval and analysis,case analysis,and investigation method comprehensively,combines discipline theories of politics,psychology,and sociology,studies the group events in the county area,scientifically defines the group events and the current situation of the county,analyzes the causes of the mass incidents in the county,combining political,economic and cultural psychological perspectives with the precautionary measures,the incident response,the aftermath dimension and putting forward to some concrete solutions which provides reference for the prevention and settlement of mass incidents in the county.And hope can make contributions to solve the mass incidents in the county.
