Research On Digital Copyright Protection Under Block Chain Technology

Block chain technology is a new type of decentralized infrastructure or computing paradigm that performs data validation and storage by using chain-protected block structures and distributed node consensus algorithms.Update and script code programming and running have four characteristics: decentralization,distrust,collective maintenance,and non-tampering.The emergence of block-chain technology has brought great changes to the fields of finance,information technology and intellectual property.Digital copyright protection has been challenged in the Internet environment.The problem of digital copyright has become a bottleneck restricting the development of digital rights industry.The emergence of blockchain technology undoubtedly brings a new opportunity for the current digital copyright protection.Its core technology features provide a new way of development and technology for digital copyright protection.Based on the introduction of block chain technology,this paper,from the perspective of block chain technology,uses literature analysis method and empirical case study method to explore its application in the field of digital copyright right,right of use and protection of rights.The author also thinks about how to deal with and change the copyright system under block chain technology.Research shows that block chain technology does play an important role in digital copyright protection,in the registration of copyright confirmation rights,digital rights transactions,The copyright protection platform based on block chain technology is of great value in the practice of copyright electronic evidence storage.The emergence of new blockchain technology has solved the legal problems existing in the copyright system in the digital environment,but has also created new legal problems.Chinese copyright legislation should pay close attention to the blockchain technology.In the future,the copyright system should adjust the legal problems existing in the application of block chain technology,and bring into play the role of legal system in the supervision and protection of technology.Through the research of this paper,it provides a certain reference for promoting the protection of digital copyright by technical means and promoting the healthy development of digital copyright industry.
