Research On Digital Copyright Protection Based On Block Chain Technology

With the development of Internet technology,the digital content of online transactions and dissemination presents an explosive growth trend,and the network copyright industry has entered a rapid development stage.However,there are many problems in the field of digital copyright protection in China,which have not been solved for a long time.The advantages of blockchain technology,such as strong decentralization,extremely difficult to tamper with data,high openness and transparency,provide new ideas to solve various problems in China’s digital copyright protection.However,blockchain technology is also a double-edged sword.It not only provides new ideas,but also brings some unexpected problems.What we need to do is to analyze these problems and then give reasonable targeted solutions.This paper mainly discusses from the following aspects.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the background and significance of the topic are introduced;then the research status of digital copyright protection in blockchain technology is analyzed in China and abroad.Finally,the comparative analysis,case analysis and literature analysis methods are introduced,and the innovation points of this paper are also discussed.The second part is about blockchain technology and its impact on digital copyright protection.First of all,it introduces the blockchain and blockchain technology,and analyzes its characteristics such as tamper-proof,high transparency,decentralization and anonymity.Then it analyzes its influence on copyright protection and the current situation of digital copyright protection in China,including the high cost and long time of copyright registration,the difficulty of protecting the rights of both parties in the copyright transaction,and the difficulty of safeguarding the rights when the copyright is infringed.Finally,the paper introduces the application value of the timestamp,"smart contract" and the tamper-resistant characteristics of the blockchain technology for strengthening the digital copyright protection in China.The third part is the concrete application mechanism and prospect of block chain technology in the field of digital copyright protection.Firstly,it introduces the relevant system of copyright confirmation in China and the value of block chain technology applied to digital copyright confirmation.Then it analyzes the basic principles of digital rights transaction based on block chain technology and analyzes the advantages of block chain technology applied to digital rights protection by comparing it with the existing copyright transaction system.Finally,this paper introduces the application and mechanism of forensic using block chain technology in China’s judicial practice,the effectiveness analysis of electronic evidence and the prospect of forensic using block chain technology.The fourth part is the practice and experience of block chain technology used in digital copyright protection at home and abroad.Firstly,it introduces three typical cases of the application of block chain technology in digital copyright protection in China,namely Baidu Totem,Original and Yishu.Then it lists foreign Music platform UJO Music,Mediachian system and Decent platform focusing on digital content sharing.Finally,based on the above analysis of specific application practices at home and abroad,it is concluded that the distributed ledger of blockchain,its decentralization characteristics and the application of smart contract can solve the intermediary problems,trust problems and implementation difficulties in China’s digital copyright protection.The fifth part is about the risks and challenges faced by the application of block chain technology in digital copyright protection and the corresponding suggestions.Firstly,it introduces the development and specification of blockchain technology as an emerging technology.Then it points out that even block chain technology can not completely curb the occurrence of infringement,and may limit the play of the value of copyright to a certain extent;Finally,on the basis of commenting on the above problems,this paper analyzes the solutions to the above risks from the aspects of strengthening the perfection of blockchain technical specifications,strengthening the legislative specifications of blockchain technology for copyright protection,and how to conduct legal regulation on smart contract applications.
