The Execution Of Public Research In The Internet Environment

With the continuous advancement of the judicial open system,the implementation of openness has also received increasing attention.However,a complete system has not yet been formed.Today,since the vigorous development of the media,the Internet has provided a new type of carrier and support for the implementation of open information,and has served the general public.Participating in the judiciary provides a convenient channel,and the implementation of openness in the new era faces both opportunities and huge challenges.In particular,relevant research on implementation of openness is still relatively lacking.This article begins with a review of the implementation of open content in the 33 public court platforms of the People's Court of Justice in the “Model Court for Judicial Openness”.Using empirical analysis methods,we summarize the current status of implementation in our country and identify problems.Based on this,we propose reasonable suggestions.The full text will be divided into three parts:The first part: the "basic theory" part,namely the first chapter and the second chapter of the article.The first chapter explains the necessity of research and the status quo of domestic research.It also explains the content,methods and writing framework of the research.The second chapter combs and analyzes the implementation of the basic theory of disclosure.The empirical research and countermeasure research provide the basis.The second part: "The empirical research" part,which is the core part of the article,including the third and fourth chapters of the full text.This section first established an online implementation of the open index system,scientific selection of the survey objectives,and on this basis to conduct an empirical inspection of the research object,through empirical investigation,to summarize the problems found in the investigation,and analyze the constraints.The third part: "Countermeasure research",which is the fifth chapter of the full text.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the previous empirical investigation,three countermeasures were proposed for the implementation of openness in the Internet environment.Solution One: The implementation of an open platform for online integration,diversified construction and improvement.Countermeasure 2: Implement the open system in an all-round manner to fully implement and promote the implementation of the related work.Countermeasures 3: Establish an online implementation of the open protection mechanism.Through the construction of specialized teams,the enhancement of hardware facilities,and the improvement of the internal assessment mechanism of the court,the implementation of openness is more professional and scientific.
