Research On Government Behavior In Employment Of College Students In Quanzhou City

In recent years,China’s higher education reform has been deepening.In order to actively respond to the call of the popularization of national higher education,colleges and universities across the country have begun to expand the enrollment scale,and the number of college graduates has increased year by year.As a result,it is difficult for graduates to find jobs and the situation is not optimistic.College students are the future and hope of the nation,as well as the country’s valuable talent resources.The serious employment problem of college students has been widely concerned by all sectors of society.This study attempts to explore and innovate the employment promotion of college students from the perspective of government behavior.This study defines the content of the government behavior in college students’ employment in our country,with the Keynesian theory of employment,public goods theory,market failure theory as the foundation,summarized and combed the quanzhou city,the government’s main achievements in college students employment and in-depth analysis of quanzhou promote university students’ employment government behavior of the main problems and causes.This paper expounds the basic principles of the government’s behavior in the employment of college students,and draws on the experience of other regions at home and abroad to promote the government’s behavior in the employment of college students,and puts forward Suggestions to optimize the government’s behavior in promoting the employment of college students.This study adopts literature research method and comparative analysis method,and finds that there are the following problems in the employment of college students: Employment security system is not complete,employment services,and lack of employment policy supporting measures and regulation of the job market is not perfect,the fundamental reason is that the government responsibility consciousness is not strong,imperfect employment legislation,employment policy implementation does not reach the designated position,and the lack of entrepreneurship policy system,through the analysis of the above problems and reasons,this article finally from strengthening the government macroeconomic regulation and control,expanding employment demand,deepen reform of employment system,to strengthen the construction of legal system,improve the public employment service,improve the labor market,strengthening the government responsibility supervision,to ensure that the policy landing a policy system,perfect and encourage self-employment and other five macro dimension,Put forward the government action countermeasure in the consummation quanzhou university student employment.
