Research On Government Supervision Of Enterprise Credit In Hanjiang District Of Putian City

With the development of market economy,the strict entry of the commercial registration system has raised the threshold of market access and seriously hindered the development of enterprises.The reform of the commercial registration system has become an inevitable requirement for economic and social development.With the reform of the business registration system,the way of credit supervision of enterprises has also changed.Taking the credit supervision of enterprises in Hanjiang District of Putian City as the research object,this paper introduces the historical changes of credit supervision of enterprises,focusing on three aspects: supervision process,supervision measures and punishment rules.This paper analyzes the behavior choices of enterprises and governments in public supervision.After summarizing the effectiveness of credit supervision of enterprises in Hanjiang District,it points out that there are three shortcomings in credit supervision of enterprises: the object of supervision,the validity of the reported credit information is lacking;In terms of the supervision body,the coordination between the departments and the supervision is not smooth;In terms of regulatory measures,random spot checks have poor performance.On this basis,based on the advanced experience of credit supervision of domestic enterprises,this paper puts forward some measures to promote credit supervision of enterprises in hanjiang area,such as improving the binding force of the system on enterprises,comprehensively promoting inter-departmental coordinated supervision,and improving the level of random inspection supervision.
