Previous scholars put forward the concept of task-oriented organization,set up due to the task,when the task is completed or disappear consciously to disband,its main characteristics are temporary and task-oriented.Previous studies on task-oriented organization mainly focused on its undertaking unconventional tasks,but did not involve task-oriented organization undertaking and solving routine tasks.However,there is a kind of organization phenomenon in the real environment,which has the characteristics of task-oriented organization,but it undertakes and solves routine tasks.There is a gap in the research of organization theory.This paper proposes the concept of strategic task organization based on this kind of organizational phenomenon,clarifies the concept connotation,clarifies the concept boundary,discusses the constituent elements of organizational characteristics and targets and characteristics in different life cycles,and at the same time,it takes GSP flight inspection team of Guangdong province as an example to prove it.Firstly,this paper clarifies the research background and problems,reviews the previous research progress on organizational classification and task-oriented organization,and determines the research purpose and value of this paper.Secondly,the concept of strategic task organization is proposed,and its conceptual boundary is demarcated by conceptual analysis method.Meanwhile,the relationship between strategic task organization and its related concepts is distinguished and analyzed by comparative analysis method,so as to further clarify its position as an independent research object in organizational classification research and present its main structural characteristics and constituent elements.Finally,using the theory of organizational life cycle,this paper studies and discusses the key points that should be paid attention to in the four cycles of strategic task organization: establishment,growth,maturity,temporary deconstruction,dissolution or transformation.Purpose of this study: By combing the current theoretical research on organizational classification and combining with the real environment,task-oriented organization is subdivided,and a new concept of task-oriented organization,namely strategic task organization,is proposed.The process of static analysis shows the main characteristics and components of the definition boundary of strategic task organization.Dynamic analysis focuses on strategic task organizations at different organizational lifecycle points.This paper aims to further improve the study of organizational classification theory and guide the identification construction and development of strategic task organization in the real environment.
