Research On The Efficiency Of Social Security Funds In Jiangsu Province

Social security is one of the important factors for the stable development of economy and society.The 13 th Five-Year Plan Outline for the Development of Human Resources and Social Security clearly points out that we must adhere to the principles of universalization,appropriate security,clear rights and responsibilities and effective operation,steadily improve the overall level and level of social security,and establish a fairer and sustainable social security system.In recent years,social security work has become an important part of the work of governments at all levels in Jiangsu Province,and the government's investment is increasing year by year.At present,there are two problems to be solved: one is to determine whether the growth of Jiangsu's existing financial and social security expenditure can be coordinated with economic growth;the other is how to use limited financial funds to create more economic and social benefits.This also reflects that the key issue of the development of social security is to improve the efficiency of social security expenditure.This paper will draw conclusions on how to improve the performance level of social security funds in Jiangsu Province by studying the current state of financial and social security expenditure efficiency in Jiangsu Province.Based on the existing research,this paper analyzes the current situation of the 13 cities in Jiangsu Province from the aspects of scale,structure and output,and compares the overall level of Jiangsu Province with the average level of 31 provincial administrative regions in China.And the reasons for the gap;in addition,from the dynamic and static perspectives to measure the efficiency of Jiangsu's fiscal and social security expenditures,through the comparison of the provinces of southern Jiangsu,Suzhong and northern Jiangsu,the comparative analysis of Jiangsu and the national average Affect the efficiency level of financial and social security expenditure in Jiangsu Province.Finally,based on the results of measurement and analysis,this paper analyzes the current problems in social security expenditures in Jiangsu Province and proposes solutions,and draws conclusions on how to improve the performance level of social security funds in Jiangsu Province.
