Study On The Protection Of Human Rights In The Reform Of Funeral System

The change of customs has been a hot topic in recent years.The Chinese people’s attitude towards funerals has not talked about the constant attention from the very beginning.The funeral reform has played a huge role in this,but it must also be seen that the issue of funerals has reached the crossroads of reform.Due to the late start of the funeral law in our country,the starting point is behind,and the news has always revealed the focus of "forced leveling of graves and forced cremation".The brutal law enforcement in the funeral reform has continuously stimulated the nerves of the Chinese people.The relevant laws in the funeral reform are not in line with the requirements of the law and the times,but at the same time,we must also see that the issue of enforcement in the process of funeral reform has still not been properly resolved,and that funeral is such a special social management link.The legitimate rights and interests of the people are still not fully protected.In order to protect human rights in the operation of the funeral and burial reform,this article takes the case analysis as the starting point of the recent "Anhui old peasant forced cremation incident" and analyzes the defects and problems in the current funeral and burial reform from the perspective of human rights protection.And put forward suggestions for improvement.
