Research On The Investigative Powers Of The Commission

The reform of the national supervision system is a major political reform related to the overall situation and the creation of the supervision system with Chinese characteristics.The specific provisions of its investigative power have become the focus of academic discussion.The nature of the investigation power of the supervisory committee,the basic principles of the investigation power and the legalization of the operation of the investigation power are the topics that have attracted great attention of the public at present.Under the guidance of the basic theory of the concept and nature of the investigation power of the supervisory committee,the legitimacy and limitation of the investigation power of the supervisory committee,this paper examines the object,scope and procedure of the investigation power of the supervisory committee in our country.This paper carefully analyzes the stipulation and educational explanation of the investigation object of the investigation power of the supervisory committee,and systematically analyzes the shortcomings of the existing provisions,such as the inspecification of the regulations,the ambiguity of the supervision mode,the uncertainty of the power control,and so on.According to the characteristics of the investigation power of the current State Supervision Commission and the defects existing in its operation,combined with the national conditions of our country and the reference of the overseas related system,this paper puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the control power of the investigation power of the Supervision Commission: first,Strengthen the "self-control" of the investigation power of the supervisory committee.The second is to strengthen the "foreign control" of the investigation power of the supervisory committee from the self-supervision within the party,the supervision of the power of investigation by the power organs,the supervision supplement of the relevant judicial organs and the supervision of the masses.Finally,this paper expounds the innovation of the supervision mechanism of "internal control" and "external control",that is,to realize the regularity of supervision,to promote consciousness by learning,to improve one's own accomplishment and to establish the corresponding relief system.
