A Study On The Care’s Ideological And Political Educationg In Yan’an Period

The ideological and political education for cadres was at a mature stage in Yan ’an period in the history.It explored the great practice of independently applying marxist proletarian party building thought and Lenin and Stalin’s thought on cadres’ education in China.Mao zedong and other party leaders paid high attention to the ideological and political cadres’ education in Yan ’an period,and put forward the slogan "cadres’ education first".Meanwhile,the cadres’ ideological and political education was regarded as an important issue and has cultivated a large number of talents with both ability and political integrity,which laid the foundation of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War,it also has important historical significance.During this period,a series of fruitful education methods and experiences were accumulated.This paper summarizes the main content and way of cadres’ ideological and political education.Which was concluded as the sinicization of marxism and its theory of education,history,situation and policy education,revolutionary ideal faith and spirit education,discipline education and strategies.The main way of ideological and political education of cadres in Yan’an period was summarized four aspects,namely,the way of centralizing education in party school and cadres school,the way of on-the-job cadre education,the way of rectification movement and the way of criticism and self-criticism,which revealed the differences in every stage of education content and methods during the Yan’an period,summarized the unique features of cadres’ ideological and political education,mined the historical significance of cadres’ ideological and political education during the Yan’an period,and realistic revelation of cadres’ ideological and political education was acquired,which contributed a certain strength for the development of the theory of ideological and political education of cadres,as well as providing a useful reference for the work of contemporary cadre ideological and political education.
