Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of Village Cadres In Yan'an In The New Period

Village cadres is refers to outside the country administrative cadre system,no preparation and no special full-time cadres group.They are directly and closed related with the villagers and indispensible in the construction of a new countryside and building of a well-off society in all aspects.Having high quality village cadres who are self-disciplining and can honestly perform their duties is of great importance in the building of the new countryside,is the key point in dealing with the three agriculture-related issues,and can meet the intellectual demand in building a well-off society in all aspects.The village cadres in Yan'an are voted publicly by villagers,and they enforce public right in different rural party organizations and in village committees.They have responsibilities to administrate public affairs and to serve the villagers in public services.They usually hold certain posts in varies rural organizations,and enjoys a slightly interior welfare to the formal public officers of the country.They are leaders,promoters and practitioner in building communist new countryside in Yan'an.A constant enforcement of their ideological and political education is not only critical in improving their quality and level both ideologically and politically,it also guarantees an accurate and effective implementation of the country's policy,principles and political measures.Improvements have been made in the ideological and political educations of the village cadres in Yan'an in the new era which are reflected in the firm belief of the village cadres,the variety in the form of ideological and political education,obvious improvement in their working style.While,there still exist some problems like the unsatisfactory condition of the cadres' ideological and political quality,shortage for professional educators in the concerning aspects,inflexibility in the methods of educating,formalism in the process of educating,inadequacy in the atmosphere of ideological and political education,etc.The reasons for the above mentioned problems can be traced from the following: old-fashioned ideas,poor educating faculty,inappropriate educating methods,defective educating system and unsatisfactory educating atmosphere.To solve the problem,measures should be taken to change the old-fashioned ideas,to strengthen the educating faculty,to complete the educating methods,to perfect the educating system,and to improve the educating atmosphere of the ideological and political education of the village cadres.
