With the changes of The Times and the development of society,cars have gradually entered the homes of ordinary people and become the normal for people to travel.But long-term development represented by the car industry,although represented by auto industry development brought people many convenient,but the resulting flow of so many problems: serious environmental problems,serious traffic congestion,excessive energy consumption,complex resource allocation problem and various disputes brought by the social problems and so on.This requires people to change the existing way of travel,so the bicycle once again appeared in people's vision,the emergence of public bikes and Shared bikes to a certain extent to alleviate the above problems.Since the emergence of bicycle at the end of the 18 th century,with the development of material technology,especially manufacturing technology,bicycle has been constantly updated,and different operation modes have emerged.From the perspective of history,the operation mode of bicycle can be divided into private bicycle market,public bicycle market,Shared bicycle market and now post-shared bicycle market.From the perspective of the supply side,the renewal of this market model is the expansion and optimization of its profit mode.Along with the expansion and optimization of the profit mode of the production side,the consumption cost of consumers on the demand side is increasingly reduced and more convenient.Therefore,the development and optimization of the single market also reflects a common feature of the development and progress of human society from one side,that is,the socialresult of the game of various subjects' interests and the win-win or even multi-win situation.As the body of the two markets after the model characteristics of,the interests of a win-win situation or to win more games,itself is the process of market supply and demand both sides benefit sharing common development,in some ways,the benefit sharing common development is the process of the whole cycle,namely the whole history of human society development,is the history of different supply and demand both sides share.Despite sharing economy is an important feature of the various stakeholders pattern of win-win or to win more,but in the process of the interests pattern form,different market main body there are different forms of are as follows:1.To promote the marketization of public bicycles,the existing public bicycle system,because of its government-led nature,will not respond in a timely manner due to the development of The Times andtechnological progress.Therefore,we should promote the marketization of public bicycles so as to improve the convenience of public bicycles.2.Improve the bicycle market of basic public service,public bicycle and Shared bicycle travel is to solve urban traffic "the last kilometer" problem of one of the most effective way,also requires that we should encourage and support the development of Shared cycling,and in order to make sharing public bicycles and bicycle to provide better service,we should perfect the basic public service to meet the bicycle to market development needs,in order for the bicycle market development to provide a stable environment;3.To strengthen the supervision of bicycle market,every bicycle market there are many,need the government to strengthen the supervision of bicycle market,from perfecting the corresponding laws,regulations and policies,and strengthening supervision function of government,enables the development of the bicycle market with a stable and healthy manner,can provide people with better public services,"the last kilometer" problem.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter mainly introduces the
