Study On Development Status And Government Role Of Brand Exhibitions In Jiangxi Province

As a system to regulate the relationship between social members,law plays an important role in alleviating social contradictions and coordinating social development.At present,the development of social economy also has a deep impact on social structure.There are close links among social members,and social members interact more frequently in economic,social and other fields.At the same time,the demand of social members for public legal services has gradually increased.Our country has not stopped exploring and perfecting the public legal service system,on the one hand,because the reality is constantly changing,on the other hand,because the formation of a relatively perfect public legal service system requires constant self-improvement and renewal.However,in any case,it is urgent to establish and improve the current public legal service system through the role of the government in both theoretical and practical levels in order to meet the public legal service needs of social members.Therefore,on the basis of previous research and interviews,taking Yichun City as the research object,this paper analyses the process,basic practices and purposes of the construction of the public legal service system in Yichun City,and focuses on the problems faced by the construction of the public legal service system in Yichun City.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward some pertinent measures.This paper holds that the construction of public legal service system in Yichun is conducive to resolving social contradictions and promoting social fairness and justice,and is also an important innovation and practice in the field of judicial administration.However,in the process of implementation,Yichun City is also facing the problems of system guarantee,talent guarantee and resource guarantee.Therefore,on the basis of fully drawing lessons from the advanced practices of Shanghai,Guangdong,Xinjiang and Shaanxi,this paper puts forward the need to establish a government-led public legal service system in Yichun City.Specifically,the government of Yichun City should strengthen system construction,strengthen personnel security,scientifically and reasonably quantified indicators,and strengthen propaganda and guidance through a series of targeted.The countermeasures and measures of sex will ultimately achieve the goal of perfecting the public legal service system of Yichun City and the membership relationship of a harmonious society,and at the same time provide reference for the public legal system services of other regions.
