Propaganda Research On Anti-drug Policy In Ruili City From The Perspective Of Policy Network

Drugs have brought many problems to the society.Yunnan is one of the areas most affected by drugs.Therefore,the implementation of anti-drug policies in Yunnan has always been the focus of government work.The implementation process of the anti-drug policy is divided into combating drug crimes,compulsory drug rehabilitation,and propaganda.The propaganda of anti-drug policy is the most important part of the implementation of the government's anti-drug policy.It directly affects the effective implementation of anti-drug policy and whether the anti-drug policy achieves the expected policy objectives and policy effects.In the propaganda policy of anti-drug policy in Ruili City,the situation of a linkage mechanism with multi-subject cooperation such as government-led,mass autonomous organizations,individuals and media has emerged.Therefore,in order to smoothly carry out the promotion of anti-drug policy in Ruili City,it is very important to study the different types of networks formed by multi-subjects and the existence of various networks in the anti-drug policy propaganda of Ruili City.This paper mainly uses qualitative analysis method,literature research method,questionnaire method,using policy network theory to analyze the propaganda practice of anti-drug in Ruili City,and understands the status quo of anti-drug policy propaganda in Ruili City,and divides the multi-subject to form different network types.Analyze the interactive connection of different network types,find the main problem in the current anti-drug policy propaganda of Ruili City is that there is no integration between different network types constructed by multi-subjects,and the policy community should be broadened to participate in the establishment of channels.Information interactive communication platform,establishment of supervision feedback system,and topic network to deepen the countermeasures and suggestions for participation,in order to help promote the anti-drug policy.
