A Study On The Law And Policy Of Anti - Drug Education In China

At present, the international and domestic drug situation is increasingly grim, the drug problem is increasingly spreading, and the drug hazards are increasingly intensified. Drugs became one of the three major international public hazards, which do great harm to individuals, families and the society. How to through the effective methods to control is long-term since human common to explore the topic. Since the end of the 19 th century, many countries (regions) have begun to explore ways to control drugs. In the difficult process of exploration, people have come to realize that, through establishing and perfecting the national drug legal and policy system and institutionalized international drug control cooperation is necessary and effective way for drug control.Anti-drug laws and policy include the law and policy related to the control of drugs supply and demand. The law and policy of controlling the drug supply in our country have become more perfect, but the law and policy of controlling the drug demand is still not perfect, and controlling the drug demand mainly through carrying out anti-drug education to achieve. In view of this, this paper uses the literature research method and comparative research method, on the basis of a brief analysis of the basic theory of anti drug education, systematically combing Chinese current anti-drug education as well as the United States’ and Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan regions’ anti-drug education law and policy, so as to find out the issues existing in the laws and policies of Chinese current anti-drug education in the aspects of legislation and implementation, and further to explore the perfect measures of the law and policy of Chinese anti-drug education to make laws and policies of controlling the drug demand perfect, finally enabling the drug to been effectively controlled.
