The Prevention System Of "Child Abuse" In The United States And Its Implications

In today's society,there are various kinds of "child abuse" incidents.Since the reform and opening up in China,although the education law system has been continuously improved,the laws related to "child abuse" have not been clearly regulated,and there are certain gaps in the relevant systems.Through research,it has been found that the United States,as a country with a relatively complete legal system,has made many preventions and treatments against the "child abuse" incident since the last century and has achieved remarkable results.This shows that China's prevention of "child abuse" can learn from the success of the United States.This study mainly analyzes the relevant institutional systems for preventing child abuse in the United States,and attempts to explore the characteristics of the US child-prevention system by studying relevant US measures,and provide constructive suggestions for the prevention and rectification of child abuse in China.First of all,it elaborates on the system of preventing child abuse in the United States,summarizes the origin and development of the system for preventing child abuse in the United States,and then analyzes it from three aspects:institutional guarantee,institutional arrangement and social security.Secondly,it analyzes the effectiveness of the prevention system of "child abuse" in the United States.The US system of preventing child abuse seeks a safe and stable family environment for children.This aspect has played an important role.At the same time,there are some shortcomings.In general,the prevention of child abuse in the United States and the construction of a system of child protection systems have many places for reference in China.Finally,this study is aimed at several typical cases of child abuse in China,after analysis and comparison,analyze the main causes of "child abuse" in China and introduce China's institutional innovations to prevent "child abuse".We believe that in order to build a prevention system for child abuse,China should take the following measures:First,we need to increase the crime of child abuse.Second,the country must promote the mandatory reporting system.Citizens have the responsibility and obligation to report the incidents of child abuse.Third,we need to cultivate professionals.They need to learn about the knowledge of child abuse.Child protection personnel and law enforcement personnel need to have a detailed understanding of the corresponding processes and take effective measures.Fourth,they need to combine the family,society and network to prevent child abuse.We need to establish an official website and it should regularly publish data and results,and open E-mail let the public report.
