| With the further development of reform and opening up and the socialist market economy,as well as the implementation of various policies for benefiting farmers,the current new rural construction has achieved remarkable results.Rural areas have also begun to share the fruits of modernization.Compared with the past,the development of rural areas in the political,economic,cultural,social,and ecological fields has improved a lot.At the same time,we must also clearly see that the current overall moral construction in rural areas is good,but some farmers’ moral literacy is still far from the requirements of the new rural spiritual civilization construction.In reality,whether a peasant has a high moral character is not only related to the overall development of the peasant itself,but also closely related to the development of the rural economic society.In order to cope with this dilemma,as early as the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee,the party proposed for the first time to cultivate a new type of peasant with culture,technology,and management on the basis of traditional peasants with excellent moral character.Promote new farmers to become the main force in the construction of new rural areas in China.The "new peasants" should have a "new morality" to match it,and the formation of "new morality" depends on the exploration,strengthening and improvement of the new peasants moral construction.With the establishment of the market economy in rural China,the moral literacy of modern peasants in China has been greatly improved compared with the previous ones,but the problems still exist,such as the weak socialist ideals and beliefs,the diversification of value orientation,the lack of professional ethics,and The standard of virtue in farmers is reduced,the legal consciousness is weak,the spiritual life is poor,and the superstitious thought is serious.At present,China’s rural areas are transforming from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and traditional farmers have also transitioned to new farmers.In this period,it is unusual to improve the moral literacy of peasants.This paper analyzes the reasons why the current ruralpeasants’ morality is not high: first,the negative impact of market economy transformation caused by the change of ownership system and the influence of diversification of economic interests;secondly,the change of rural family structure leads to the cultivation of educational function in family function The weakening and the abnormal development of family emotional comfort function;Third,the urban-rural dual system leads to the low level of overall investment in rural cultural education and the imperfect grassroots work in rural moral construction;fourth,the new peasant’s own excellent cultural heritage is insufficient.The author believes that to solve these problems and improve the moral literacy of new farmers,the basic approach is to accelerate the development of rural productivity and consolidate the material foundation of moral construction.Second,increase the input of various educational facilities,funds and personnel in rural areas;Third,give play to the role of rural public culture;Fourth,improve the social evaluation and supervision system. |
