The Chinese agriculture is in a transition period of modern agriculture. The agricultural modernization advanced high need for agricultural sci & tech extension and upgrade of farmer's literacy. But, our agricultural sci & tech extension and upgrade of farmer's literacy still existed a series of problems. For example, the agricultural sci & tech extension and upgrade of farmer's literacy is same important. The agricultural sci & tech extension system and countryside education system should be perfected. The fund investment's degree should be improved for carrying successfully out agricultural sci & tech extension and upgrade of farmer's literacy. The agricultural education department, agricultural science-research institution and agricultural sci & tech extension department should be coordinated. The laws on the agricultural sci & tech extension and upgrade of farmer's literacy should be found and strengthened. By changing traditional thoughts, the agricultural science achievements' transformation will be advanced, the farmer's living standard will be improved. The countryside well-to-do society will be constructed overall.
