Research On Intervention Of Juvenile Re-offence In Rural Areas Of Jiangxi Province

Juvenile delinquency is a prominent social problem,and the prevention of recidivism is a complex worldwide problem.Juvenile delinquency has a series of characteristics,such as incidental,brutal,repetitive,retaliatory,imitative and joint crime,as well as the characteristics of difficult correction and high rate of recidivism.According to incomplete statistics,the proportion of juvenile delinquency in criminal cases occurring every year in China is as high as 70%,among which the proportion of juvenile delinquency in rural areas is 82.06%,the rate of juvenile delinquency is as high as 40%,and that of adults is 6%.It has been shown that the situation of juvenile recidivism in rural areas is not optimistic,and the prevention of recidivism needs attention from all walks of life.The problem of juvenile recidivism not only affects the harmony and stability of society,but also brings misfortune to oneself and family.It is also related to the future of juveniles and the country.Based on social work,this paper collects relevant data through literature research and case interviews,guided by the professional concept of social work,and uses family treatment model to do case work for the case owner and his family.It is expected to explore possible ways to prevent rural juvenile delinquency through family therapy,career counseling and other social work services,so as to further reduce or reduce the incidence of juvenile delinquency in rural areas.Through the analysis,it is found that has some problems,such as insufficient family function,poor relationship between parents and children,lack of self-confidence,difficult to find a job,etc.Through the continuous follow-up of six-month cases,the service goal has been basically achieved:good communication mode has been established among family members;the social ability of the case owner has been improved,he can participate in various activities,and has certain social skills;Skillful and psychological coping skills also have a preliminary plan for their study and work career;The most important thing is that the case owner has a clear understanding of the previous illegal and criminal acts,and can sincerely repent,correct and start his own life again.
