"Confidence and skill assistance" is the top priority of the poverty alleviation strategy.Although teenagers in urban communities have been freed from material poverty compared with those in rural communities,the work of "poverty alleviation" at the spiritual and ideological level continues.The improvement of teenagers’ resilience cannot only target troubled teenagers,as resilience is of great significance to the survival and development of individuals in society,and is individual’s potential to resist adversity and difficulties.If the individual’s ability to resist adversity is not well stimulated,a series of problems,such as psychological problems and interpersonal problems,even the parent-child relationship problem,will arise.Therefore,improving the resilience of young people is an important part of young people’s socialization process,and it is of great significance to their smooth socialization.However,with the richness of social life and the increasing requirements for teenagers’ growth and development,the problems presented gradually show a diversification trend,and people with resilience improvement needs are increasing.Therefore,the improvement of adversity resilience and services under the "problem perspective" can no longer satisfy their all-round development,especially when the education of adversity resilience has gradually entered the classroom of primary and middle schools and is combined with ideological and political education.At the same time,the cultivation of adversity resilience and the enhancement of the ability to resist risks have gradually become an important way for social work to intervene in teenagers’ adversity resilience improvement services.However,there is still few practice of cultivating adversity resilience for teenagers in ordinary urban communities from the social work perspective instead of from the "problem perspective".Therefore,focusing on the strength perspective theory,this paper explores and studies the internal and external protective factors that affect the development and cultivation of teenagers’ adversity resilience.Taking the strength perspective as an entry point,this paper takes teenagers in T community as an example,and conducts an analysis and study on the cultivation of teenagers’ adversity resilience in urban community from the strength perspective based on the local cultural environment,and explores the application of professional concepts,methods and skills contained in the local cultural environment in teenagers growth and development services.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,including an overall introduction of the background and significance of this paper,a review of studies on the cultivation of adversity resilience by scholars at home and abroad,the discussion on related concepts and theoretical support and the overall research methods.The second part is about the assessment of adversity resilience needs of the urban community teenagers,the main service body of the "growth and encouragement" project in T community as well as the determination of the service goal.The strength perspective and adversity resilience are combined in this paper,and observation and interview methods are used to investigate and analyze teenagers’ service needs in T community in Qingdao.The author found that many teenagers have learning anxiety,poor emotional management skills,emotional sensitivity,and some teenagers have inferiority feeling and a sense of powerlessness in this community.Therefore,based on the three elements of adversity resilience,the author believes that teenagers in this community commonly have the need to gain a sense of efficacy,belonging and optimism.However,the work of improving adversity resilience is a gradual process that requires the cooperation and joint efforts of the participant,social workers and the external environment.The third part elaborates on the process of social work’s intervention in "growth and confidence promotion",the adversity resilience cultivation project for urban community teenagers.Individual,group and community services were carried out with teenagers in the T community as the main object.To be specific,personalized case services were customized,group activities focusing on cooperation improvement were launched,and community activities focusing on community support system construction and activity participation were set up.In a word,with the internal and external factors that affect the development of teenagers’ adversity resilience an entry point,this paper achieved planning goals through interpersonal interaction and teamwork.The fourth part is the evaluation and effectiveness analysis of social work intervention in teenagers’ adversity resilience in T community.Through the analysis of the practice process and results,the gains and shortcomings in the practice are drawn.The fifth part is a reflection on the adversity resilience cultivation project "growth and confidence promotion",including on the problems and deficiencies in the process of sustainability analysis,and project service.The sixth part is the suggestion for social workers’ intervention in the cultivation of teenagers’ adversity resilience in urban community t based on the project practice.The seventh part is the conclusion and discussion of this paper.
