Equity crowdsourcing,as a kind of crowdsourcing, means that the financiers issue financing projects on the platform of equity crowdsourcing and raise funds from investors in return for equity.Equity crowdsourcing is a new type of Internet investment and financing mode, which provides a new financing way for start-ups,helps the effective use and circulation of funds, and encourages the investment enthusiasm of the public;while financing, enterprises not only get financial support, but also play a propaganda effect. However,as a new financing mode, owing to the imperfection of laws and regulations, there are certain risks in the actual operation, which largely restricts the development of crowdsourcing. Therefore,it has strong theoretical and practical significance to study the supervision of crowdsourcing. The main content of this paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is about the significance of topic selection, current research situation at home and abroad, research methods;the second chapter is an overview of the concept and classification of crowdsourcing, the characteristics and legal positioning of crowdsourcing;the third chapter is about the current situation and existing problems of the legislation of crowdsourcing;the fourth chapter is about the content of crowdsourcing in the JOBS Act of the United States. The fifth chapter is based on the research of the above chapters, and puts forward some suggestions on the supervision measures of shareholding crowdsourcing in China. On the premise of recognizing the legitimate status of crowdsourcing, the regulatory measures can be formulated as follows: restricting the financing quota of financiers and the investment amount of investors;improving the information disclosure system;strengthening the supervision of crowdsourcing platforms and clarifying their responsibilities;and investigating the legal liability for violations of crowdsourcing order.
