Research On Legal Issues Of Supervision Of Private Equity Funds

China’s capital market regulatory restructuring is brewing change in the situation,in the context of regulatory transformation in recent years, the rapid development ofChina’s private equity industry, as the "Securities Investment Fund Law" provides forthe principle of private funds to fund industry associations and private funds releasedregistration and filing requirements of the product, the entire private equity industryhas become incorporated into regulatory circles consensus. But China has not yetdeveloped a unified regulatory rules of private equity funds, private equity fundsregulated legal issues that must be studied. In this paper, the transition from aregulatory perspective of the private fund regulatory restructuring research ideas,discuss administrative regulatory measures based private equity fund regulationmeans to information disclosure, investor suitability, the issue of regulation for thestudy of private equity funds key regulatory aspects are discussed, and suggestions toimprove.
