A Study On The Problem Of The Management Of Abandoned Tube Community

In the context of economic and political system reform,with the gradual disintegration of the "unit system",China’s society has gradually formed a management model based on community,which plays an important role in people’s life.At the same time,the identity of urban residents has changed from unit to community.Under the influence of urban reconstruction,many different types of communities have appeared in China,such as the urban-rural junction,demolition communities,mixed communities,abandoned management communities,etc.,the emergence of diversified communities has aroused people’s attention to community construction and governance.Community management and construction cannot be separated from the participation of community residents.How to give full play to the initiative of residents and let them actively participate in community activities is also an important topic of our research.Abandoned management community is a special form formed in the process of urbanization and industrialization,which is the result of market principle.The phenomenon of abandoning the regulation has taken place in many cities of our country and has been concerned by all walks of life.The government and community streets at the grass-roots level actively help the abandoned residential areas to carry out daily management,and the third-party forces or social organizations manage and guide the abandoned residential areas through their own strength.Whether the government,the community or a third party at the grass-roots level from the community of all external management,and to abandon tube villagegovernance,only external intervention is not enough,we need to focus on more abandon tube of endogenous power-residents participation,as a new professional social work,it focuses on social problems,try to use social work theory and method,through to the abandoned village residents who lead,can let the residents more actively participate in community governance and development.We know that calls for the joint efforts of all parties to abandon tube village governance,this paper mainly studies the community residents to participate in the problem of governance,the article in C city S community,for example,S community is a typical old abandoned tube village,S many of the residential building in the community exists the phenomenon of abandoned tube,the author study S the abandoned tube residential building in the community,the author found in field survey,the abandoned tube of existing residential buildings in governance dilemma,focus on community governance and residents to participate in the relationship,hope to improve abandoned tube by using the method of group work community residents’ participation.The paper consists of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and reason of the topic selection,the research significance and methods,and defines the theoretical basis and concepts of the research.The second chapter,mainly related literature review,analysis and summary of the domestic and foreign community governance,resident participation in the literature.The third chapter,through the author’s field visit and community interview during the internship,understands the basic situation of abandoned management communities and the existing governance difficulties,and discusses the necessity of residents’ participation in the management of abandoned management communities.The fourth chapter analyzes the present situation of residents’ participation in abandoned management area and explores the reasons.The fifth chapter,aiming at the current situation ofinsufficient participation of residents in abandoned management communities,tries to adopt the method of group work to let community residents know their roles,abilities,rights and obligations by giving them more rights and participation,so that community residents can quickly integrate into community activities and enhance their participation initiative.Finally,it is concluded and reflected that the governance of abandoned management areas needs to pay attention to residents’ participation,and the intervention of social work groups’ working methods can improve residents’ awareness of participation to some extent.
