With the popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of various new media,all kinds of hot political,economic and social events have become gimmicks of netizen’s emotional expression,that causes various network public opinion events to occur frequently.At the same time,our country is in the period of economic transformation.Various political,economic,cultural,social and ecological civilizations interact with each other,resulting in frequent occurrence of carious emergencies,expanding the scope of impact,and bringing tremendous impact on national public security and social stability.This paper is devoted to the research of network public opinion management in public crisis from the perspective of rumor formula,which is based on this background.The rumor formula mentioned here is R=I*A/C,where R=rumor,I=importance,A=ambiguity,C=critical.It can be seen from the formula that whether the importance of the problem or the ambiguity of the imformation,one of them is zero,and rumors will not occur.This article is to analyze the management of network public opinion from three dimensions involved in rumor formula,and analyze the problems and reasons in the management of network public opinion by citing typical cases,including the importance of neglecting problems in the prevention stage,providing vague information in the mediation stage,and the public’s judgement.Firstly,the prevention stage reduces the attention of the problem,and puts forword this countermeasure because the importance of the problem itself can not be controlled artificially,but can be converted into the reduction of public’s attention to the problem for control.Secondly,in the mediation stage,the ambiguity of information is eliminated,so as to effectively guide public opinion,suppress the survival and dissemination of rumors and negetive news,and occupy the commanding point of public opinion guidance.Finally,we should always pay attention to the improvement of the public’s judgement.By improving the public’s judgement,we can make the public keep a clear mind when facing the rumors,do not believe the rumors and do not spread rumors.Since the rumor formula was put forward,experts and scholars have been trying to improve and innovate it,but they have not reached a unified opinion.Therefore,it has been used until now to show that the rumor formula can withstand the test of time and still apply today.Therefore,this paper from the perspective of rumor formula to analyze the management of network public opinion in public crisis,in order to be able to provide network public opinion.Management provides a new perspective to innovate network public opinion management and create a harmonious network and social environment.
