Study On The Impact Of Regional Government Administrative Monopoly On Regional Economic

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,China has been in existence for more than 40 years.During the course of more than 40 years of history,China’s economy has undergone earth-shaking changes.The national economy has achieved unprecedented rapid development.The living standards of the 10 billion people have increased substantially,and the overall national strength has also increased significantly.The international voice has become more and more The more important it is.However,behind the rapid development,there will inevitably be a certain price and bring a number of problems.In particular,in recent years,in the process of developing regional economy,local governments have restricted,controlled,and even excluded competitors in other regions through their own administrative powers,and excluded them from the region to protect them.Local industries will achieve rapid economic development in the region.This kind of behavior severely restricts the development of the national market economy and has a great negative effect on China’s market size,market capacity and market economic system.The research of this thesis aims to find out the degree of influence of regional administrative monopoly on regional economy through the deep research and analysis of regional administrative monopoly,thus providing scientific solutions for policy makers.It has the suggestion of enforceability,thus coordinating and handling the relationship between local government and local economy,local government and local government,in order to give play to the market’s role in resource allocation in the market economy.Through further research on existing data,including relevant data of 28 provinces and cities nationwide,this paper draws on the administrative monopoly index of Liang Chun and Yu Donghua in the Measurement of Regional Administrative Monopoly in China,and then conducts empirical analysis.The empirical results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between administrative monopoly and regional economic development in China’s local regions.In the early stage of China’s economic construction,administrative monopoly promoted the development of regional economy,but with the deepening of reform and opening up When China entered the transition period,administrative monopoly behavior hindered the coordinated development of the regional economy.At the end of the article,relevant policies and recommendations are proposed.
