Practice And Experience Of Ethnic Regional Autonomy System In Xiangxi State Since The Founding Of New China

The system of regional ethnic autonomy is the basic political system of our country.It is a system that the Communist Party of China summed up to solve the ethnic problems of our country based on Marxist national theory and combined with China’s reality.The system of regional ethnic autonomy has been developed in China for more than 60 years,and the practice over the past 60 years has proved that it has effectively solved the long-standing ethnic problems in China and promoted the common prosperity and common development of the people of all ethnic groups in China.Is a successful political system.Since the 18th National Congress,China’s economic and social development has entered a new era.In the face of the new requirements of the new period,the Central Ethnic Working Conference was held in Beijing in 2014.At the conference,a special study was conducted on the improvement and development of the ethnic regional autonomy system.At the meeting,Xi Jinping put forward the directive that the whole Party must adhere to and improve this system.At the present stage,ethnic issues must be given high priority,and their emergence will have a direct impact on the social,economic,educational and cultural aspects of our country,which has entered an important period of economic and social development.To study the system of regional ethnic autonomy is bound to advance the pace of socialist modernization in our country and help to create a good social environment.With the progress of xiangxi economy and society,the system of ethnic regional autonomy has faced new challenges in xiangxi practice.How to make the preferential policies of ethnic regional autonomy system better serve the economic and social development of xiangxi is the focus of research.Through combing the course of carrying out the system of regional ethnic autonomy in xiangxi,we find that there are still some problems such as insufficient understanding of the system of regional ethnic autonomy and insufficient implementation of the policy.By summarizing the experience of implementing the system of regional ethnic autonomy in xiangxi,this paper finds out the solutions to the existing problems,and puts forward new thoughts on the implementation and development of the preferential policies of the system of regional ethnic autonomy.The study on the regional ethnic autonomy system in Xiangxi is helpful to further understand the theoretical origin of the regional ethnic autonomy system and fully understand the party’s ethnic policy.The summary of 61 years of ethnic regional autonomy in Xiangxi can provide some experience for other ethnic areas to implement and improve the ethnic regional autonomy system.
