Research On The Social Adaptation Of Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas

Relocation of poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas is a major measure to achieve an all-round well-off society in 2020,and a livelihood project that the state attaches great importance to.Poverty alleviation and relocation in inhospitable areas is related to the immediate interests of households that move from one place to another.Proper solution to the adaptation problem of poverty alleviation and relocation in inhospitable areas is not only an objective requirement to guarantee the rights and interests of households that move from one place to another,but also a prerequisite for the stable and sustainable development of rural politics,economy and society.In China,most of the poor people live in areas with harsh natural conditions,lack of material resources and inconvenient transportation.How to make the lives of these people change substantially,or even get rid of poverty permanently,has always been the focus of national attention.During the 13th five-year plan period,there are 10,438 people in Fuyang city who need to relocate to relieve poverty in inhospitable areas.Found that although the change in the process of investigating the poverty alleviation relocation is mine from poor living conditions,the lack of natural resources region moved to environment is relatively good,means that the life and production conditions has been greatly improved.It can make use of more and better resources,but the reality is often not so simple,such as,for them is the most important agricultural resource.Not only because the relocation,but may reduce,coupled with the older,the low degree of culture,lack of professional skill,self development ability is weak wait for a reason,hinder the sustainable development.At the same time,the mine into a new place,it is inevitable to face many new things and new difficulties,which requires moving households to be good at learning.However,due to the limitations of most moving households’ own conditions,the opportunities they can take advantage of are limited,which adds new challenges to their social adaptation.In China’s poverty alleviation strategy,the relocation of poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas is an important means to solve the problem that "one land and one soil cannot support one person".Therefore,in this context,what social adaptation problems the relocation objects face and how to solve these problems are still to be studied in depth.This paper uses the questionnaire survey and case interview,comparative analysis and other research methods,the research focus in the X town of Fuyang city in Anhui province change of shops and social adaptation problem for poverty alleviation,using maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the resocialization theory respectively from life,economic,psychological,and social relation network four aspects to the situation of social adaptation of mine.At the same time,from the social security function of land,shops and livelihood and a better life need to meet the three Angle to the X town of Fuyang city change of shops and social adaptation problem for empirical research for poverty alleviation,mining to influence its adaptive reasons for economic reasons,the living environment reasons,the characteristics of the mine itself and psychological reasons.From the country,the resettlement area and the individual that system construction,strengthen the shops and social rights and interests protection,the network shape-to build a social support system,can increase empowerment-three aspects promote the individual’s ability to adapt to establish proper countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem of change of shops and adapt for poverty alleviation,move to push the poor”,changing ideas and poor nest",to help the economic development and improve the quality of life,increase their income,to ensure the quality of the life of the resettlement area.We will achieve the poverty alleviation and development goal of "being able to move out of poverty,be stable,have something to do,and be able to get rich",so as to maintain social stability and build a harmonious society.
