Research On Ideological And Political Work Of Grassroots Employees In State-Owned Commercial Banks

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the promotion of supply-side reform,foreign large commercial Banks have successively entered the mainland financial market,which has brought a huge impact on China’s state-owned commercial Banks,increased the level of competition in the financial market,and brought great changes to the domestic banking market.Ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and other work in our country,the state-owned commercial Banks in terms of ideological and political work can create powerful economic value to promote economic growth,so the continuous and healthy development of the state-owned commercial Banks is a central part of the socialist economic development,the thinking of the stable development of China’s financial industry.Paper on the basis of consulting a large number of literature abstract and analysis,made clear the connotation and features of state-owned commercial Banks to ideological and political work,urgency and important role,and the bank of communications branch of Liaoning Province as an example to explore the state-owned commercial Banks grass-roots staff of the current situation and existing problems of ideological and political work,including the ideological and political education content is lack of pertinence,complex talent management system,imperfect inline rewards and punishment system,ideological and political education form four aspects,such as old and analyze its internal cause and external cause.At last,this paper probes into the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work of grassroots employees in state-owned commercial Banks,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.Perfecting the mechanism of ideological and political work from two aspects: perfecting the party organization construction and perfecting the ideological and political work team construction;The mode of combining rewards and punishment with ideological and political work can be realized by replacing material rewards with ideological and political education and replacing traditional monetary rewards with "Red Tourism" rewards.In the end,the forms of ideological and political work should be innovated by integrating psychological counseling with ideological and political work and jointly promoting mass communication with ideological and political work.
