The Ideological And Political Work Of Employees In Commercial Banks

Ideological and political work is the most important part of a government work,and its conduct requires everyone to contribute their own strength and knowledge.Ideological and political work is also a national standard of moral standards and even the work of the law.The members of this work include government leaders and officials at all levels,each of which is a key point.The ideological work of the Chinese Communist Party must seize ideological and political work so that China can become prosperous and prosperous.Nowadays,economic development and social transformation has reached a new stage.Ideology diversification is becoming more obvious.Ideological and political work has encountered numerous new challenges.Commercial banks have developed into a bottleneck stage that requires a strong means of reform to transform existing institutions,which will involve many bank employees as well as managers.So how to work automatically,variably and actively is an important task for the development of social and political work to better improve employees' social and political efficiency.Concentrated on the existing problems collected from the employees working in commercial banks in Henan province,the research analyzed the reasons and put forward strategy suggestion.The dissertation consists of five chapters: In Chapter one,the purpose and significance of the research project and the role of the project in practical work are introduced.And then summed up the study of the direction of the scholars of the research results,including domestic and foreign.At last,this chapter states out the content method and innovations.In order to get prepared for the coming investigation,the author elaborates on some key words,which are the most relevant words in this paper and the subject.According to the data collected by questionnaire survey and interview,chapter three reaches the conclusion that the employees tend to be younger,and their conception tend to be fashioner.Their lifestyle tends to be diverted and the psychological conflict tends to be more complex.This chapter also summarizes the experience and effect of the ideological and political work.According to data investigation and analysis,chapter four puts forward the existing problems which include lack of faith,pursuit of profits,lack consciousness of team spirit and lack of professional morality,etc.Aiming at these phenomena,this chapter makes comprehensive analysis of the deep-seated reasons for the problems.Combined with the existing problems,chapter five puts forward the ideological and political strategy which includes strengthening the Party's organization construction,using innovative ideological ways and enriching the means of ideological and political work.
