As a basic national policy,the equality between men and women has been highly valued by the CPC Central Committee.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the equality between men and women.He pointed out that women’s role should be actively played in various fields and in all aspects,so as to mobilize women to take the lead in the development.In the current process of economic development,the stability and safety of the operation of state-owned commercial banks have a significant impact on the health and order of the national economic system.From the perspective of grass-roots institutions of state-owned commercial banks,from the perspective of human resources,female employees occupy "half of the human resources of grass-roots institutions,and even the proportion of female employees in some grass-roots institutions exceeds that of male employees.However,there are still some problems in the career development of grass-roots female employees in state-owned commercial banks,such as slow career growth,difficult promotion,unclear development path and so on.The existence of the above problems not only seriously hinders the future career development of the majority of female employees active in the front-line grass-roots level of commercial banks,but also has a negative impact on the return on human resources investment of state-owned commercial banks,It is unfavorable to the business development,management and operation of state-owned banks.This thesis takes the grass-roots female employees of state-owned commercial banks as the research object,takes the female employees of BOC TJHB branch as an example,determines the influencing factors affecting female career development on the grass-roots level of domestic and foreign female career development research theory and industry employee development status,defines the correlation through data analysis,and puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures and suggestions to help female employees Grassroots institutions and other institutions comprehensively deepen the career development of female employees.Firstly,combing the mature theories,taking gender theory,career anchor theory,gender human capital theory and work family balance theory as the basic theories,this thesis defines the current situation of career development of grass-roots female employees in state-owned commercial banks.Secondly,based on the latest research results,maturity scale and development status,a research model and research hypothesis were established.Taking the influencing factors of 16 dimensions of individual,social,organizational and family factors as independent variables and the career development of grass-roots female employees of state-owned commercial banks as dependent variables,a questionnaire was distributed to all employees of BO C TJHB branch,With the help of SPSS software,the obtained questionnaire data are sorted,analyzed and empirically studied to demonstrate the hypothesis.Finally,based on the conclusions of empirical analysis,this thesis puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to promote the career development of grass-roots women.I hope this thesis can be used as a reference in strengthening the career development of grass-roots women in state-owned commercial banks,stimulating the vitality of female employees,and improving the personnel cohesion and competitiveness of grass-roots institutions in state-owned commercial banks.
