Many people in society do not know much about the work of the United Front at the grass-roots level.They think that the work of the United Front at the grass-roots level has few contents,narrow scope,low intensity and little difficulty.Even some grass-roots united front cadres have this idea.They regard the United Front Department as an "old-age department".At the opening ceremony of the Nineteenth National Congress,the General Secretary pointed out that "the united front is an important magic weapon for the success of the Party's cause and must be adhered to for a long time".As a grass-roots united front worker,how to closely connect with the United Front target has become a very urgent matter.In the new era of the United Front,when the difference bet.ween work cognition and work status is more and more wide,some grass-roots United Front cadres have fallen into the bottleneck period of the United Front work.They have no way to start against the huge and target groups of the United Front and are full of enthusiasm for the United Front work,but have no place to exert their strength,thus creating professional pressure.The topic of this paper is to understand the professional pressure of some grassroots United Front Cadres by interviewing and analyzing some grassroots united front cadres,find effective ways to solve the pressure,improve the effectiveness of grassroots united front work,and unite as many United Front targets as possible around the party,around the center,serve the overall situation,and make the whole country work together with half the effort.Round the "Chinese Dream".This paper hopes to take the United Front Work in Y County as an example,to lay emphasis on the main promoters and implementers of the United Front Work at and below the county level,to analyze the existing professional pressure from the perspective of the present situation of the United Front Work at the grass-roots level and the United Front staff groups at the grass-roots level,and to find a breakthrough to alleviate this part.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the background,purpose and significance of the topic,the definition of the scope of the study,relevant literature at home and abroad,research ideas and frameworks,research methods and related theories.The second part briefly discusses the current situation of professional stressors of grassroots united front cadres.Through the actual investigation and research,the statistical data and questionnaire data of relevant departments are comprehensively analyzed,combined with interviews with United Front staff,the occupational pressure and its impact of some Y United Front cadres are comprehensively analyzed,and the existing problems of United Front work in Y County under the new situation are put forward.The third part analyses the causes of occupational stress of grass-roots United Front Cadres from four perspectives:environment,organization,individual and individual differences.The fourth part compares with the existing problems,and puts forward feasible measures to alleviate the professional pressure of grass-roots United Front Cadres from four angles,in order to help the future work of grass-roots United front.The fifth and sixth parts are conclusions and appendices,which include questionnaire 1,2 and interview outline.
