In recent years,with the continued process of serviced governmental construction,public mass are paying more and more attention on the public serving ability and administration executive force.Basic servants are the main participants of China's public administration management,the main executives of governmental sectors public rights,as well as the direct providers to the public service to the people,so they really have an important and irreplaceable role in the improvement of steady operation of public service task.In the process of our service-oriented government construction,they are the most basic construction force.But at the same time,it is also should be noticed that these basic servants usually work on the first line of each position,which means strong working strength,hard work task.Therefore,their mental health and career job burnout are becoming gradually a general appearance among this group of workers.It is needed to actively explore some ways to solve the problems of servants' burnout thus to help our governmental management ability to be improved more efficiently.Besides,it has a significant meaning to strike the work passion,activeness,and initiative of basic servants.Hereby,this paper takes basic servants of seven towns and counties of Simao District as research objective,and analyze their job burnout situations by using need theory,double factor theory,fair theory,ERG theory and other relevant theories as the research foundation.With the usage of questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,it collects study data,and finally makes a deep analysis on the data results.Here the founds show that the basic servants of Simao District has suffered a middle rank of job burnout.Secondly.From three aspects of personal factor,organized factor and social factor,it analyzes the reasons leading to this burnout problem.Finally,this paper puts forwards some relatively feasible suggestions and solutions to relax the basic servants' burnout in Simao District through multiple angles of self-construction,organized system and social support.
