In our country,the civil service is very large.Every year many people enter the examination room to fierce competition.Some people want to contribute to the country.Some people pursue a stable life.Some people just to have a job.Whatever the reason,the civil service job is very popular.As a national public officer,they should stick to their posts for the development of the country,the healthy operation of the society,and the livelihood of the masses.And grassroots civil servants are a very important part of this huge group.They are closer to the masses and have more insight into the lives of the masses.At the grassroots level,they should work hard."Acting as a government,for the benefit of a party".However,this steady job posed some problems.People respond "door difficult to enter,ugly face,difficult to do".Grassroots civil servants themselves feel a lot of pressure.Then there is job burnout.In different genders,different marital status,different ages,different working years and different salary levels,job burnout of civil servants is different again.However,the overall performance is low work efficiency,serious delays in work,lack of initiative in work,perfunctory treatment of superiors,psychological pressure,etc.This article is based on the combination of realistic social background and related theories.Through questionnaires and interviews with grassroots civil servants in Luan,to do a detailed analysis of the performance and differences of job burnout among grass-roots civil servants.And from the personal,work,organizational and social aspects to explore the formation of the reasons.The grass-roots civil servants job burnout and lack of personal capacity,heavy tasks,organizational incentives are not in place,institutional arrangements unreasonable,the pressure of public opinion are all related.This article is for specific reasons.This article strives to explain the way to solve the job burnout of grassroots civil servants.Trying to find some innovative points to improve the efficiency of grassroots civil servants.This article uses the literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview analysis.This paper not only summarizes the relevant academic viewpoints and research results of academia on job burnout of grass-roots civil servants,but also studies the current situation and reasons of job burnout of grassroots civil servants in Luan.On this basis,I think individual civil servants.should enhance their study,continuously improve their ability to work and reasonably plan their careers at the individual level.It is necessary to allocate tasks reasonably,relieve the pressure on civil servants and improve the working environment at the working level.It is important to design a reasonable remuneration system,make full use of all kinds of incentive measures,and regulate the interpersonal relationships of the organization at the organizational level.We must uphold the correct direction of public opinion and guide the public to supervise and trust the government at the social level.Only when all kinds of forces are unite,concertedly governed,and concerted efforts by all quarters can the job burnout problems of grassroots civil servants be improved,so as to ensure the enthusiasm of the work and the work efficiency. |
