Research On Safety Supervision And Countermeasures Of Food Processing Small Workshops In Fangchenggang City Of Guangxi Province

Food safety is a matter of people's livelihood,closely related to everyone's vital interests and affected social harmony and stability.With the improving of science and technology,the food industry has been growing by leaps and bounds.Variety and preparation of foods,all kinds of food additives and nutrition enhancer emerge in our lives,which brought a lot of food safety incidents,such as "melamine milk powder","Sudan red duck egg","lean meat essence" and so on.This food safety incidents have severely affected people's health and we must Strengthen the Supervision of Food Safety without delay.But there have always been many supervision loopholes because of the small food production workshops' particularity of its large quantity and small scale.Especially in recent years,a variety of small food workshops came into being as the rise of take-away enterprises and unlicensed operations are not uncommon,which will cause high food safety hazards and food safety supervision is facing new challenges.Therefore,research on food safety supervision,especially the food processing small workshops,has great practical significance.This paper does research on Fangchenggang city government's regulations on food processing small workshops by following theory of public management governance,literature analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods,and following the thread of raising,analyzing and settling a problem.Firstly,detailed analysis the current situation of food processing small workshops and also studies systematically problems an causes in supervision.Then having borrowed the advanced experiences and practices from developed regions of foreign countries and combining with the actual situation of food safety supervision in Fangchenggang city,several advises as follow:First,to refine the regulations and improve the legal system of food safety supervision.Second,Strengthen Multi-agent participation and establish food safety supervision mechanism.Third,Perfecting the Information publicity system and setting up an open and transparent Information sharing platform.Fourth,delineate centralized processing areas and standardize supervision and administration.Hoping to explore safety supervision of the food processing small workshops,providing reference and suggestions for promoting the supervision level of Fangchenggang city and other areas,thus to ensure meet the need of the public's growing food safety.
