Study On The Improvement Of The Police Operating Mode Of The Local Police Station

The local police station is the dispatching agency of the higher-level public security organs and the most basic organization in the entire public security system.The local police station is at the forefront of social management and social service,which resolutely implements the line,principles and policies of the party,the government,and the public security organs.The local police station not only undertakes the social security maintenance function against various illegal crimes,but also fulfills various social public service functions,building the comprehensive battle fortress of grassroots level and providing guarantee for the daily life of the people.The times constantly changes,the society rapidly develops,social structure changes,the population has the complexity and high mobility,social security faces the emergence of new situations,the people needs the new social demands,the local police station must recognizes the new situation and new challenges in the new era in order to stabilize the overall situation of social development and ensure the construction of a better life for the people.In the new era of socialist construction,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made new instructions on the social governance system and the social security prevention and control system.It musts create a comprehensive sense of Party committee leadership,government responsibility,social coordination,public participation,and the rule of law.With the participation of the society,we will achieve high levels of social governance effectiveness and effectiveness in public security prevention and control.As an important force for social governance and public security prevention and control,the local police station not only accepts and obeys the leadership and command of the various organs of the party and government at the higher levels,but also realizes the various needs of the public.It has an important role of connecting the upper and the lower through the overall situation.This paper studies the actual situation of my basic police work.Taking the Zijin Police Station of the Liandu District Public Security Bureau of Lishui City as an example.Firstly,it analyzes the relevant literature research at home and abroad,and determines the research ideas,contents,methods and the overall framework of the research.Secondly,it introduces the development origin,concept connotation and related responsibilities of the local police station,analyzes the current police operating mode of the local police station,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis for the improvement of the police operating mode of the local police station.Thirdly,the current situation and problems of the police operating of the Zijin Police Station in Liandu District Public Security Bureau of Lishui City were studied.Through the establishment of the police station,the police force ratio and the daily work of the police station,the problems existing in the current police operating mode of the local police station were analyzed.In the past few years,the reform experience of the police operating mode of the local police station in China has been represented by Dalian Local Police Station,Xinxiang Local Police Station,and Bihu Local Police Station,to provide reference for the improvement of the local police operating mode of the current local police station.Finally,Focusing on the functions of the police station at the grassroots level,the concept of police,the reduction of police burdens,and the protection of policing,the paper puts forward the perfect countermeasures for the police operating mode of the local police station,providing constructive opinions for the efficient operation of the police work of the local police station in China.
