Research On Government Functions In The Development Of Building Economy In Central Urban Area

China is now at an important stage of transforming its economic development mode,and the traditional economic development mode is no longer able to adapt to the current social development.A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform is quietly taking place.At present,the land resources in most cities are decreasing constantly,so how to make highly intensive use of land has become an important issue in urban economic development.As an important symbol to measure the development level of a city and region,building economy has become a new economic growth point of a city,a new concept and a new model of urban transformation and development.The government plays an irreplaceable role in urban economic development and plays an all-around role in promoting the development of building economy.At present,the development of building economy in China is still in its initial stage,and the government inevitably has many problems in the process of economic development,which restricts the rapid development of building economy.At present,many local governments have introduced a series of policies to promote the development of the building economy,such as "de-stocking" and "strengthening weak links",so as to promote the healthy,long-term and sustainable development of the building economy.Therefore,the reasonable performance of government functions will directly affect the level of urban building economic development.Starting from the perspective of government functions,this paper analyzes the overall situation of the current implementation of government functions from the background of the implementation of government functions and relevant literature research,and clarifies the significance of the analysis in this paper.Secondly,it expounds the concept of building economy and government function,and introduces the core elements and features of building economy.Thirdly,it makes a comprehensive and objective analysis of the development status of building economy in downtown Jinan,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of building economy development in central Jinan by SWOT analysis.Fourthly,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the government function in building economy of Jinan city,at the same time,it puts forward some specific problems,analyzes the deep reasons based on related problems,and finally puts forward corresponding Suggestions.
