Sharing Bicycles And Urban Green Traffic Management

Public bicycle is an important embodiment of contemporary sharing economy.Because of its advantages of green,environmental protection and convenience,it has been popularized in many cities.With its unique characteristics,it has been favored by many citizens.The purpose of the design of public bicycles is to solve the "last mile" problem of citizens' travel,and provide new ways of transportation for short trips,short trips,and traffic between public transit stations.But as a new product,there are certain problems that are inevitable.For example,the design of the public bicycle site is unreasonable,the layout of the site is not reasonable,the bicycle dispatching system is not intelligent enough,it can not meet the actual needs of the citizens,and the urban road planning is not reasonable,and the road rights of motor vehicles are not equal.Taking Changchun city of the city of the author's school as an example,this paper focuses on the investigation of the public bicycle sites in Changchun,such as the North Gate site of the central campus of Jilin University,the nanhu road site,the Changchun University site,the Liberation Road site and so on,and the specific situation of the city road in Changchun,and the analysis of Changchun city.The distribution of road vehicles and non motorized lanes is analyzed,and the hidden dangers that may be caused by the lack of bicycle lanes are analyzed.Starting from the concept of the new public service government,this paper analyzes the important role played by the public bicycle in the construction of the service type government.After that,it analyses the traffic characteristics of the bicycle and introduces the concept of the public bicycle and compares it with the shared bicycle.In view of the specific situation in Changchun,the adaptability of public bicycles in Changchun city and the main use of public bicycles in Changchun were examined,and the status and development impediments of public bicycles in Changchun were analyzed.Found some problems and put forward some solutions.In view of the unreasonable layout of the public bicycle rental station in Changchun,this paper puts forward a proposal to understand the actual needs of the people,to test the actual use of the site,and to arrange the site according to the actual situation.In view of the overcomplexity of the renting mode of public bicycles and the low intelligence of the bicycle system,this paper puts forward the application of the mobile phone for public bicycles,including the positioning of the public bicycle,the intelligent payment,the one key inquiry of the nearby stations and the number ofvehicles,and the combination of the Internet,instead of the traditional entity service.Payment method of the site,better to do convenient and fast,really serve the masses.In view of the imperfect construction of the bicycle lane in Changchun,this paper puts forward the suggestion that the construction of non motorized lanes should be perfected,the guarantee of bicycles will be increased,the right of non motor vehicles and motor vehicles should be equal,and the suggestions that should be developed in the urban traffic planning should be jointly developed.In view of the weak legal consciousness of the people,this paper proposes to strengthen the publicity of the legal system and protect the rights and interests of the government and the operators to the maximum extent on the premise of protecting the rights and interests of the citizens.And it is suggested that the government should strengthen the public bicycle system,promote the integration of the urban traffic planning,improve the management mode,adhere to the sustainable market mechanism development and the financial operation strategy,set up the user supervision and feedback mechanism,and timely understand the problems that appear in the operation process of the public bicycles.Solve the problem in time,and improve the real-time traffic information service investment in science and technology,real-time monitoring of the use of the bicycle system.
