"Justice" is an old but new concept in human history. For the standard of justice, different scholars have given it different definitions from different angles. In the present, the practice of the socialist core values and the realization of the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream all require us to force us to pursue and practice justice.People's voices of justice have increasingly become the main theme of society, and the issue of justice has gradually become an urgent need to solve.problem.In order to pursue and practice justice,it is inseparable from the guidance of Marx's just thought. To accurately grasp Marx's just thought,it is inseparable from the understanding of its early justice thought, because his justice thought has a historical process of generation. However, judging from the current research status,Marx's justice thought after the formation of historical materialism is the most concerned object of scholars. In a certain sense,he ignores the exploration of his early justice thoughts. This thesis mainly explores the implied justice thoughts in Marx's early works, sees how justice enters Marx's line of sight, and analyzes how its early justice thoughts are further developed, and then grasps its early justice thoughts in general.Taking the theoretical origin of Marx's early justice thought as the starting point, this paper analyzes the inner evolution, basic content, characteristics and theoretical value and limitations of its early justice thought, and then summarizes its early justice thought. The first is to study the theoretical origin of Marx's early justice thought, trace the etymology of the concept of justice, and explore the different definitions of justice in ancient Greek philosophy, modern liberalism and the justice of German classical philosophy.Secondly,it expounds the inner evolution and basic content of Marx's early justice thoughts. It is briefly summarized into the following five aspects in the chronological order: rational justice thought in "Doctoral Thesis",legal justice thought in the "Rheinische Zeitung" period,Hegel The Justice Thoughts in the Critique of Legal Philosophy, the Justice Thoughts in the Yearbook of the Germanand French Periods, and the Humanitarian Justice Thoughts in the Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844.Through the analysis of its basic content,it sums up the three characteristics of Marx's early justice thoughts: historical reality, reflective criticality and class nature. And from the three aspects of the essence, ideals and ways of justice, the theoretical value. Finally, the limitations of the early justice thoughts are analyzed.Because of the limitations of the theoretical starting point and the guiding principles used, the authors have some thoughts on the current research methods of Marx's early justice thoughts.
