A Practical Study On The Cultivation Of Volunteers In Community Governance

The "Building a common governance pattern of co-building and co-treatment and sharing" put forward by the Party.Social governance has been brought into the national strategic level,strengthening and innovating social governance will be the focus of government work in the current and future periods.Community is the most basic unit of society,community governance is the basic link of social governance,strengthening community governance is conducive to the harmonious and stable development of our society.With the transformation of government functions,the introduction of social workers into the community to participate in community governance,community workers and social workers still can not meet the needs of community residents,but also need the assistance of community volunteers.Therefore,community volunteer participation in community governance is a trend of community governance,and community volunteer service has become the direction of community governance.In most parts of our country,the development of community volunteers is still low,and there are many problems in the community volunteer service.Therefore,the importance of establishing a community volunteer team,effectively improving the level of community voluntary service,better assisting community governance,and giving full play to the role of community volunteer team in community governance is self-evident.Through participatory observation and unstructured interview,the author finds that there are the following problems in community governance: the subject of community governance is single and administrative,and the community residents lack the path to participate in community governance and their own ability is insufficient.The living environment of the community is poor and the residents lack of safety consciousness.The elderly group of the community residents is large and the spiritual and cultural life is single.Through the cultivation of the community volunteer team,the main body of the community governance is added,and the effective path for the community residents to participate in the community governance is provided,and the harmonious development of the community is promoted.Social workers use group work and short-term voluntary quality cultivation in the three methods of social work,strengthen skills practice and provide community voluntary activities through community work,and achieve the following four effective goals: 1.The willingness of volunteers to participate in community governance has been significantly increased.2.Volunteer services reduce community governance costs 3.The community environment has improved significantly.The main body of Community Governance presents pluralistic Development.After the conclusion and reflection,the author puts forward the suggestion to cultivate the community volunteer team:1.Increase awareness of community volunteers 2.And further improve the community volunteer management mechanism 3.Strengthening of social work and communication with community volunteers 4.The establishment of a registration system.
