| Township civil servants are an important part of China’s civil servants.They are at the "end" of the administrative level and the "front line" of serving the people.Their professional well-being not only affects their personal happiness and well-being,more related to whether they can faithfully and efficiently perform their duties,determine the basis of governance and governance results.In view of this,it is very necessary to study the vocational well-being of township civil servants.On the basis of reading a lot of relevant literature,this paper starts with the influencing factors of the vocational well-being of Rural Civil Servants,and selects the rural civil servants in Yueqing,Zhejiang Province,as the research object,on the basis of referring to the questionnaire of former relative research scholars,this paper has compiled the questionnaire of Vocational well-being of civil servants in Yueqing Township of Zhejiang Province.After issuing and withdrawing 261 valid questionnaires,spss22.0 was used to analyze the survey results,and the following conclusions were reached: The overall occupational well-being of Yueqing Township Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province was above the medium level;The two dimensions of job content and job reward have significant positive effects on the vocational well-being of township civil servants The influence of marital status,length of service,job category,administrative rank and monthly income on the vocational well-being of township civil servants was also significant,according to the demographics.A view of the above conclusions,this paper attempts to analyze the reasons that affect the vocational well-being of township civil servants,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects to enhance the vocational well-being of township civil servants in Yueqing,Zhejiang Province,so as to introduce talents for township governments,reduce the loss of township civil servants,improve the enthusiasm of township civil servants,and further improve the current civil service system to provide assistance. |
