In 2011,the "Outline for the Development of Chinese Women(2011-2020)"issued by the State Council pointed out that the implementation of equality between men and women is the basic national policy of the country.The degree of realization of equality between men and women is an important indicator of the progress of social civilization.Women account for half of the national population and are an important force in social and economic development.Safeguarding women's rights and interests in development and promoting women's development in safeguarding rights is the internal motivation and important way to realize women's liberation;Guaranteeing women's rights and interests,promoting women's development,and promoting equality between men and women are of great significance to the country's economic and social development and the progress of the Chinese nation's civilization.Indeed,through the study of the living conditions of women in a region,we can clearly see the social development and civilization of this region and the entire country.The Women's Federation is the largest and most influential women's organization in China.It serves as a bridge and link between the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government to connect with women.It is the mass organization of women from all walks of life in China who are led by the Communist Party of China for the liberation of women.It plays an important role in safeguarding the interests of women and promoting equality between men and women.Therefore,the study of the working process of the Women's Federation is to clarify the trajectory of women's development.So,this article intends to use the work history of the Women's Federation of Yanbian Area after the founding of New China to clear the track of women's development in Yanbian.Throughout today,the research on the specialization of women's organizations is still weak,and the results of analyzing the influence of women's federations from the perspective of women's development are few.So far,there has not been an authoritative monograph on the Women's Federation,and the research on the Yanbian Women's Federation is basically blank.Based on the above deficiencies,this paper systematically sorts out the work history of the Yanbian Women's Federation after the founding of New China,and clarifies the historical process of Yanbian women's development by literature analysis and clarifies the specific role of the Women's Federation.Through the study of the work of the Yanbian Women's Federation in different historical periods,we explored the process of pursuing equality between men and women and their own development under the guidance of women's federations at all levels in Yanbian.The conclusion is drawn that before the reform and opening up,the goal of women's development is to pursue women's liberation and achieve equality between men and women.The Yanbian Women's Federation has a great influence on all aspects of Yanbian women's economic independence,family harmony and personal independence.After the reform and opening up,the goal of women's development is to safeguard rights and develop in an all-round way.The Yanbian Women's Federation has provided a strong guarantee for the development of women in Yanbian in mobilizing women to get rid of poverty,cultivate women's self-awareness and improve logistics services.However,the Yanbian Women's Federation still encounters some problems in the process of safeguarding women's development.These problems stem from the dilemma of family division of labor,the embarrassment of feudal traditions and the limitations of ideological emancipation.Finally,it is concluded that the process of women's development has evolved with the development of the state machine,which is gradual and hopeful.
