Research On The Social Organization Function Of Minority Women

Forty years of reform and opening up,especially after entering the 21st century,a new phenomenon has emerged in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province where civil female social organizations with Korean women as the main body have emerged and actively participate in local economic and social construction with organized female images.This paper focuses on the creation and development of female social organizations in Yanbian area and their functions.It makes a theoretical reflection on the role of female social organizations in promoting women and social development and progress.Field Point chose Yanji City,the gathering place of Korean ethnic groups.This article cites the Yanbian Women’ s Lifelong Education Association as an analysis case,analyzing its development in the past 20 years,focusing on consciously organizing and recording data from the perspective of modern independent women’ s development,and writing the process of women’ s development culture.Furthermore,taking the characteristics of the establishment and development process of the association as the research perspective and taking the female development of ethnology as the research perspective,it focused on Yanbian Korean female social organizations to integrate female individual resources by relying on college resources,and promote women through innovative training methods for female leadership.Self-quality,and coordinate the spatial interaction between family and personal workplace,personal leisure life and social organization activities,and analyze Yanbian Korean women in four aspects of personal self-development,family culture construction,public service practice,and ethnic cultural heritage The function of social organizations finally considers the limitations of the current development of Korean Yanbian women’s social organizations.Through the research in this article,I hope to be able to pay attention to the cultural history of creating modern independent female beauty from the perspective of women in the development of female social organizations,and at the same time provide cases and references for the research on the diversified development of social organizations of ethnic minority women.
