Study On The Follow-up Poverty Alleviation Of Relocation Of Zhela Township In Yanshan County

After the founding of new China,the Chinese government has been paying special attention to the development of China's rural areas and vigorously implementing the rural poverty alleviation and development policy.In some areas with poor ecological bases,serious geological disasters,backward transportation conditions and negative awareness of poverty alleviation among farmers,it is extremely difficult to carry out poverty alleviation work only by relying on traditional poverty alleviation methods,and it is particularly easy to return to poverty.In 1996,the state officially proposed the relocation policy for poverty alleviation in remote areas,which aims to fundamentally solve the problem of poverty by relocating people living in remote areas with poor living conditions who live in mountainous areas and have access to closed roads.Zhela township of yanshan county is located in the deep mountains of central and western part of wenshan.La township as the change of poverty alleviation in yunnan province to move one of the pilot,the wax township to study the change of the relocation project for poverty alleviation,especially the subsequent research of poverty,is a reflection of the relocation work effect,is a test for poverty alleviation work,is also for the change of poverty alleviation work more scientific,more standardized,more comprehensive development to provide certain theoretical basis.This paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and survey interview method for field investigation.Questionnaire survey and interview were conducted on the relocated population and the staff involved in the relocation project of zhela township.Based on the basic situation of zhela township,the resettlement mode of poverty alleviation in zhela township and the scale of relocation,the current situation of poverty alleviation in zhela township was expounded.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the subsequent poverty alleviation and relocation in the remote areas of laxiang and puts forward the follow-up measures for poverty alleviation and relocation in the backward areas.The year 2019 is a crucial year for poverty alleviation.In order to achieve a complete victory in poverty alleviation and complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects as scheduled,it is particularly important to promptly summarize,investigate and study the existing problems in poverty alleviation.This research is mainly based on the empirical comparative research of the actual field investigation.Based on the experience of being engaged in the frontline of poverty alleviation and the recent field investigation,it has sorted out and analyzed the poverty alleviation and relocation work in the remote areas of zhela township,and demonstrated the subsequent poverty alleviation issues.The empirical investigation and evaluation of the specific practice of poverty alleviation through relocation in the remote area is the embodiment of the effect of relocation and the test of the results of poverty alleviation.It is beneficial to summarize and improve the policy of poverty alleviation and development in zhela township,enrich the local theory of poverty alleviation and development,and perfect the theoretical research field of poverty alleviation and development.It is conducive to exploring new paths suitable for local poverty alleviation and development,and can also provide reference for other regions in poverty alleviation and development.
