Study On The Course And Realistic Problems Of Ideological And Political Work In Xishuangbanna State-owned Farm Since Reform And Opening-up

Since the founding of Xishuangbanna Agricultural Reclamation,it has made important contributions to the economic and social development of Yunnan Province and the whole country,and to the safety production of national natural rubber resources.In the course of more than 60 years development,the directly affiliated organs of Yunnan Province attach great importance to the cause of farming and reclamation,and the pace of reform and development of farming and reclamation is always moving forward.With the efforts of all sides,the reform of agriculture and reclamation in Xishuangbanna has made positive progress,but there will be problems in the reform,which arises from problems.With the change of environmental conditions,at present,problems such as inaccurate orientation of agricultural reclamation development,lack of management system,inflexibility of management mechanism,inadequate implementation of legal entity status of farms,weak functionality of state-owned assets,inadequate policy support need to be solved.Some farms are still difficult to operate,some workers living standards need to be improved,and hydro-power and road fields in agricultural reclamation areas need to be solved.Housing and other infrastructure construction is not perfect.These problems need to be dealt with through deepening the reform of the system.The foundation of economic development comes from ideological and political work,which is the lifeline and powerful ideological guarantee for the reform and development of state-owned farms.Under the current new situation in China,the change of farm socio-political ideas,the constant adjustment of economic interests and the diversification of values will inevitably bring many new problems and challenges to the ideological and political work of state-owned farms.Comparing with the traditional ideological and political work on farms in the past,many changes have taken place in the contents,methods and objects of work.How to actively explore the new direction of Ideological and political work on state-owned farms in Xishuangbanna in the face of the ever-changing new situation and new challenges in this unprecedented wave of social reform is an important issue for us to consider and solve.The subject to be studied.Based on the theoretical foundation of Ideological and political work in state-owned farms and enterprises,this paper uses the methods of literature review and investigation to investigate the state-owned farms in Xishuangbanna,combs out the development process of Ideological and political work in Xishuangbanna state-owned farms,summarizes the practical problems in Ideological and political work,and combines with the new ones.Under the background of the times,the requirements for farms are put forward.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening and improving farm ideological and political work are put forward.It is hoped that through the writing of this paper,some feasible suggestions can be put forward for the innovative development and sustainable development of the ideological and political work of Xishuangbanna state-owned farms.
