Research Of The Current Problems,Causes,and Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Work In State Owned Enterprises

As the material and political basis of socialism with Chinese characteristics,stateowned enterprises are important pillar and support for the ruling and development of the CPC.Ideological and political work plays a crucial role in the establishment,development,and reform process of state-owned enterprises,and is an important ideological guarantee and spiritual driving force for deepening the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.In the new era,the Party and the state attach greater importance to the role of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises,and regard ideological and political work as an important way to develop and strengthen state-owned enterprises.In July 2021,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in the New Era",which clearly stated that ideological and political work is the "lifeline" of economic work and all other work in state-owned enterprises.Currently,the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics cannot achieve more brilliant achievements without the development and growth of state-owned enterprises.The development and growth of state-owned enterprises must rely on the protection of ideological and political work.This article conducts research on the current problems,reasons,and countermeasures of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises.This article consists of three parts:Part One: Interpretation of the core concepts of this article.This part elaborates on the types,status,and roles of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the status and role of ideological and political work,and explores the traditions and requirements of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises.Part Two: Investigation and analysis of current ideological and political work in stateowned enterprises..This part Introduces the current on-site research situation of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises.Based on the research situation,the main methods of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises are summarized:attach great importance to ideological and political work,and actively cooperate with cadres and employees;The structure of the workforce is reasonable,and the institutional setup is becoming increasingly perfect;The top-level design is constantly strengthened,and the work synergy is gradually emerging;Red resources are fully utilized,and activity carriers are more diverse.Discovering the main problems in the current ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises: uneven professional qualities of ideological and political workers;The effectiveness of ideological and political work needs to be improved;Insufficient innovation in ideological and political work methods.The main reasons for the problem are: insufficient understanding of ideological and political work;The concept of employees in enterprises is increasingly diversified and the ideological and political work system is not sound.Part Three: Suggestions for optimizing the current ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises.In response to the current problems faced,combined with the spirit of relevant central documents and the experience of foreign corporate culture research,it is proposed to replace the "one-way indoctrination" ideological and political work approach of cadres with the idea of multiple entities jointly carrying out ideological and political work.This new approach requires fully leveraging the sense of ownership among enterprise employees,while also mobilizing forces from all sectors of society to participate in the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises.Based on this,this article proposes a method of using the "three co" concept to promote everyone to jointly plan,carry out,and evaluate the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises,in order to promote innovation and development in this field.
